Why Full Body Training Is Best for Indian Beginners

The Double Progression Method: How to Add Weight Over Time

- Skipping leg day: On a full body programme, you cannot selectively skip lower body. Squats and Romanian deadlifts are non-negotiable — they drive the most total muscle growth and hormonal response of any exercises.
